A lovely first floor apartment with 2 bedrooms & 1 shower room, located just a stone´s throw away from the communal pool and only a 10 minute walk to Vera Playa beaches. The property is located on the La Aldea urbanisation in Puerto Rey and includes 2 communal pools and beautifully maintained communal gardens. There are various shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance of the apartment.

Entering the apartment you find yourself in an open plan living room & kitchen, separated by a breakfast bar. The fully fitted kitchen also boasts a separate utility room which has been completely enclosed to create an ideal storage space. From the living room, we access an enclosed terrace which has been made into a dining room. The views from here overlook the communal areas & swimming pool.

Back in the living room a hallway then leads us to two spacious double bedrooms, both of which have fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. Between the 2 bedrooms is the shower room with a walk-in shower.

The apartment is in good condition and the owners have indicated that the apartment can be sold as seen minus any personal items. Together with the ceiling fans in every room, there are also fly screens installed on every window. Hot & cold air conditioning is provided via a ducted system to each room.

As previously mentioned, the apartment is just a short walk away from the beaches of Vera Playa where you can enjoy various chiringuitos (beach bars) or take a walk along the promenades which stretch to Garrucha. There is a sports centre directly opposite the urbanization offering tennis and padel courts, a driving range, a gym with various activities as well as a recently installed exterior climatized pool. There is a lovely restaurant/tapas bar here open to the public all year round with many activities and events for the little ones including inflatables, trampolines, football club during the summer months, pedal karts and a mini golf course.

The Vera Playa area boasts unspoilt Blue Flag beaches and benefits from over 320 days of sunshine each year. There are two main supermarkets within a 2 minute drive plus an abundance of bars, beach bars & restaurants in the area, some a few minutes walk from the property, and others a few minutes drive, with the small fishing town of Garrucha being particularly renowned for its speciality seafood restaurants. From Garrucha you are just a short drive to the beaches of Mojacar with a wider choice of bars & restaurants and the historic 'pueblo blanco' – the white hilltop village of Mojacar.

The main town of Vera is the primary commercial point in the area, and all day to day amenities can be found here, including all manner of shops, a 24 hour medical centre, a pharmacy, an Iceland supermarket for British products as well as some very interesting historical buildings, architecture and the Vera Bull Ring.

The area is also a great base for golfers with 4 courses within a 15 minute radius, catering for all abilities between them. There is also a water park for the children (big and small!), a sailing club at Vera beach and a Go-Kart track just on the outskirts of Garrucha. There really is something for everyone here.
