The buildings sit on a plot of just over 1,000m² which backs onto the A7 motorway.

To the front of the plot, a long driveway leads firstly to the garage/workshop. Historically, this space would have been used for all kinds of purposes from canning fruit to organising large family gatherings. For this reason, there is a large open fireplace here together with a kitchen. Steps from the rear of this room lead up to the main house.

Due to the proximity of the motorway, the property is well-connected and the main village of Los Gallardos can be reached in just 5 minutes by car, with the beaches of Mojacar Playa just 15 minutes away.

This cortijo has stood empty for some years and will need some renovations.
